CAD IMPORT AND MESHING ERROR

Hi everyone,

i m trying to import a .sat file to COMSOL. But after applying meshing at the time of applying stationary study an error is displayed i.e.


I am trying to Failure to find a solution

Singular matrix

For mesh-case 0 there are 6217 equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable mode mod1.V2
At coordinates: ( 5e-007,6.95e-005,7.4e-005), (1.25e-006, 6.95e-005,7.4e-005) ,(2e-006, 6.95e-005,7.4e-005) ,(5e-007,6.70864e-005,7.4e-005) , (5e-007 , 6.46729e-005,7.4e-005), ……………………………….

And similarly for the degree of freedom (empty columns in matrix) .
Return solution is not converged.

please give me solution for that, I am waiting for an answer from support
