how to compare rectangular and triangular piezoelectric cantilever structure?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

hello i am ritu tiwari,
I want to compare two different cantilever structure of different geometry that is rectangular and triangular geometry. I made Length, thickness and the width of fixed side as same in both and simulate for static analysis.
i found that rectangular strucure gives the better deformation and corresponding voltage.
next i make surface area as same for both structure and having the different dimension and get better results in rectangular one.
Now my question is I have seen in one of the COMSOL Conference paper which i uploaded, the author shows the triangular gives better result, but i am not able to find that which parameter they have taken as same or constant or which basis they r comparing the two different geometry.
Plz suggest me to what to do for comparing two different geometry of cantilever structure of piezo material.
