hi,

I have designed 2d single axis capacitive comb drive accelerometer, i am getting the same deformation for the different g-forces but displacement value is changing.

help option present in comsol tool is showing that every structure created will generate default of 10% deformation. is this true?

Hi

isn't it "just" that you use a "show deformation node" and this is in automatic scaling mode ?
if you look at the true displacement I'm sure its rather different, no ?

Good luck
