Dilute material transfer and chemical interface coupling problem

How do chemical reactions in chemical interfaces couple dilute material transfer? I have added a reaction interface to the dilute matter interface, and the reaction rate is all associated with the chemical interface, and the source term of the diffusion interface is also associated with chemistry. By setting the mixture type to dilute substance in the chemical interface, the substance being solved and the concentration of the substance are also correlated, but in the final result, the concentration of the several substances related to the chemical reaction is zero or no change.
