Failed to compute the matrix factorization in the eigensolver

I tried to compute a band diagram for a 3D photonic crystals according to the Youtube video. However, I always encounter this problem when perform 'compute':

The following feature has encountered a problem:

Try to search for eigenvalues around a different shift value.
Division by zero.
