Scattering issue in 2d Wave optics

Hi there,
I made a comsol model, where we demonstrated the 2D model as a rectangle with the refrarativ e index of 1 as air, and then we put a small rectangle inside it with the refractiveindex of 1.5 as we called it glass, and then from one side I want to propogate the plane wave from one side and want to see how will it look when the plane wave travel both of them. Here I have applied the PML, so I used the "scattering filed" for the formulation, which I can understand. I want to use port to send plane waves through the one side of the PML; is this doable, and is there a way to hide the scattering through the glass?
Thanks
