Problem in simulation of V metasurface regarding the refractive index

Hi, I was building a similar model to (http://www.comsol.com/model/scatterer-on-substrate-14699) on COMSOL liberary. I changed the parameters one by one to my new model to see where is the problem; then the simulation was fine until I changed the refractive index of the substrate, the simulation did not converge any more. I hope you can help, The mesh works for the cases before, and it is really fine.
