"Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow" Error occur even for empty model

HI, I'm a beginning user for COMSOL, using 6.1 version. My simulation have been work well, however, today my project suddenly report errors, even if I change nothing. i tried to switch to different projects, even empty project, or restart my PC, but the problem persists. The error information reads:

If you search the web for this type of error, it seems that it can affect users of various software. One recurring common denominator is that they are using Logitech hardware or software.
