cut planes with parameter

Hello everyone! Could you please help me with defining the cut planes with parameters. I have a 3d model of tube and inside the monolith is inserted. I defined the cut plane yz at specific x. How could I plot a graph of values for different cut planes at different x values. I've read a handbook of comsol, they're using parametric extrusion 2D, but I couldn't find where I can change the parameter x values
