Separation through dialysis

Hi,
I am trying to understand the solved problem "Separation through dialysis". I am trying draw line graph to see the c_all along the boundary 7 (membrane-permeate interface). I am getting one graph. When I am creating cut line 2D along the same boundary 7, I am getting different graph. I am confused because both the result should show same graph since it is along the same boundary.
