What are the requirements from the model to be able to mesh it?

Hi!

I tried to mesh a complex model for CFD simulation in comsol (5.6/6.0) and didn't succeed. I tried to simplify the model using Comsol's tools (simplfy mesh/ remove detail) or a more significant simplification , with (lplacian smooth or with quadric edge-collapse) and still didn't succeed. One of the problems that appears is "intersecting edge elemments".

I wonder - what are the most basic requirements for the model so that I can build the mesh.

i would appreciate it if someone has an idea how to make the model more correctly.
