Thermoacoustic refrigeration

Sirs,
We are doing a mini project in modelling of a thermoacoustic refrigerator stack. We tried using COMSOL acoustic module. But while applying boundary conditions we are having trouble selecting a single wall and we are not sure about how to proceed. If you could give us some tips to proceed it would be helpful.
