Define function of multiple variables

Hello everyone,

I'd like to define a function of both time and location as a source term in a transient structural mechanics model. I have data in MATLAB that I need to use as input to a model. I can define an interpolated function of a single variable, but don't know if it's possible to define a function of multiple variables.

Is it possible to do this?
