How to import CleWin 2D file to 3D Comsol

I have my design prepared in CleWin software. Directly constructing the geometry in Comsol in 3D is very difficult. So can anyone help me to import the CleWin file and convert it to 3D in comsol?

Otherwise, is there any option to directly convert the 2D model to 3D in comsol itself? I have some idea about the 'Extrude' option. How can it be used to distinguish among different layers after importing?
