Adjust x-axis in 2d cut-line plot

Dear Comsol users
I'm evaluating the electric potential of a circle area using 2d rotation symmetric electrostatics. I use a 2d cut-line plot to plot the potential over the circle diameter. In the cut-line plot, the x-axis is labeled "Arc length" and goes from 0 to d, where d is the diameter.
While I can guess that this most likely corresponds to the radial coordinate, it nevertheless would be useful to have the zero of the dimension in the middle of the plot (instead of at the left end) and have the axis go from -R to +R, such that it corresponds more intuitively to the circular symmetry of the problem.
Can this somehow be adjusted?
