How to use user defined add in

Hi, I learnt from a blog and wrote a method to export my results. The problem is I have two versions of COMSOL. I wrote the add-in with window version on my own computer and need to integrate the add-in to the Linux version on the supercomputer. I could not find the place I could import the add-in. There was only option allowing me to access to the "user defined add-in library". Is this the only way I can import the add-ins? If so, how can I create this kind of library?
