micromixer efficiency

hello eveyone, i've designd a micromixer for a microfluidic device and i want to study the mixing efficiency (2 fluids system). ME can be calculated from volume fraction from different cross sections of the geometry. how can i plot volume fraction for different cross-sections? i tried to replace the exprerssion of a surface plot, but i couldn't find volume fraction. modules used: laminar flow and transport of diluted species.
