Rigid Boundary Condition on a vibrating membrane

I am working with a elastic circular membrane (acoustic-shell interaction): I would like to set a little "slice" of my membrane to be rigid. this means that, when the membrane vibrates, this slice can move "up and down" with the membrane, but it cannot bend. In other words, I want the slice to be completely stiff in the radial direction. I also attach an image that should clarify what my aim is.
Does anyone have any idea about how could I implement that with comsol (4.3)?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
