My gaps are moving

Hi, I am running into some issues where the gaps in some microcapacitors are moving in my solid body in a way that they should not. I though it might be a problem with how I set up the math since they seem to move a litttle bit more on each layer. If you look in the geometry build section everthing is layed out right but when I have it compute the gaps get ofset and they should all stay pretty much on the same plane as their corasponding charged plates. thanks.
