If you have solid mechanics you also have the basic pressure acoustics (acpr) module. This module can be linked to solid mechanics to model waves in the liquid.
Or you can model materials with Poisson ratio near 0.5 within solid mechanics provided you select the pressure formulation under Linear Elastic Material > use mixed formulation.
You will need to look up and enter the necessary material parameters for salt water (probably not very different from pure water).
