The scales of plotted quantities in animations can be set by the separately-cited plots that are used in their creation; they will usually scale automatically if your individual plots do, but you have some additional control when you prepare the animation. Go to Results --> Export --> Animation, and select the Animation (it should be there, if you created it the usual way). Under Settings, scroll down to Advanced, and there you will find a checkbox that says "Synchronize scales between frames." You may want to set (or unset) that check-box.
