Fatigue simulation using stress based fatigue models (Findley criterion)

Hello dear all.

I have done fatigue simulation using the Findley criterion, but there is no field for frequency to apply. How can I add the frequency to the load directly?. In what frequency in which fatigue simulation using findley is done ?.
