Coupling Wave optics module with semiconductor

Hi, I have been struggling to couple the wave optics module with the semiconductor module. I've been trying to use the wave optics module to calculate the generation rate and input the calculated generation rate into the semiconductor module as a user defined recombination. I have attached my model, if any one could help that'd be grealty appreciated.
