Periodic study as a first study step

U can have multiple studies. I have a specific case: a two physics model which the first has a periodic condition (a square wave) and the second has a time domain condition, a turbulent flow and transport of dilute. First physic is independent so it can be solved lonely (time period is 20 s), but the second is dependent on the first physic (study time rang 4000s). The simultaneously study is very time consuming. Is any way to solve first physic and then use it for second but as a periodic load?

Mostafa,

it should be possible to refer to the first study using the withsol() operator and a suitable expression for the time reference. Check the usage of withsol() in the documentation. There may also be blog contributions.

Cheers Edgar
