Load vector L is zero for both stationary and time dependent analysis

Dear all,
I am studying the numerical analysis of wave propagation in fiber metal laminates to detect damages. One of the prime tasks involve model-order reduction. For that, I am trying to extract the system matrices (K, E :- Stiffness and mass matrices) and load matrix (L) from COMSOL, subsequently reduce them using POD method in MATLAB. However, I am facing a hurdle in this process.
Problem/Hurdle:
The load vector is always a zero vector. Moreover, for a time-dependent analysis, when I use the following command in MATLAB:
str = mphmatrix(model, 'sol1', 'out', {'L'}, 15), to extract the load vector at 15th time-step, it is prompting me an error which reads: "Error using proputil. A property/value list must contain an even number of elements".
I then conducted a stationary analysis, and tried to extract the load vector. But again it was a zero vector.
Could someone help me to get through this?
