Hi

what do you mean by "assemble" ?
if you want them to be one block of one material, you leave the default Geometry Union mode and apply the same materials on all three domains. Then COMSOL will consider the interiour boundaries as unique and with a default continuity condition. Your mesh will follow the internal edges/oundaries, but that is not relevant for the results.

You can also tweak the geometries in COMSOL but that is extra work and sometimes COMSOL does not easily manage to disassemble complex objects and then reassemble them without the internal boundaries, so why bother ?

Good luck
