Problem In Initial Value In Matlab

Hi

I'm simulating a model in matlab for a sampling time 100 s. After this i use the 10s simulation as initial condition for the 11s.and let 20s simulation as initial condition for 21s. I know it just can be done by matlab with comsol.but i have no idea about how to write the code. pleas somebody can give me some tips or some open sorce code about the peoblems.thx
