parameter estimation study and the inverse modelling problem

Hi everyone, I am trying to learn more about the parameter estimation study and the inverse modelling problem in Comsol I found this on the blog: shttps://uk.comsol.com/blogs/how-to-use-the-parameter-estimation-study-step-for-inverse-modeling/. Here, the example is with time dependent condition. For my case, I am not using a time dependent study and I was wondering if is possible to use a stationary study instead. I tried to search on the website but cound't find anything more than the link I already wrote. My question is if is possible to use the stationary condition? If not, there an alternative to how approach the problem other than what is in the link I posted before?
