Comsol not converging: Boundary constraint with time derivative

Hello,

I have been trying to simulate a model with boundary constraint which has a time derivative term. The solution is not converging; showing an error message: 'Failed to find consistent initial values.'

I have consulted the following comsol blog/forum posts:

But I couldn't resolve the problem. The screenshots of the error messages and the model files are attached for convenience. Modeling details are summarized in the attached .pdf file.
