Combining two geometries of different sizes into one geometry

Hello, I have two geometries drawn in two different components. In reality, both geometries belong to the same object. I have drawn them seperately because one part of the object is much much bigger than the other part.
Now, I want to run a study on this object. In comsol, I have to run the study on both components but I should combine the two geometries first. There is a common boundary between the two components (geometries). How do I combine the geometries to function as a single object (or a geometry) ?
