Hi,

I am new to Comsol. I am trying to implement a metal semiconductor junction (Schottky diode) diode's IV characteristics.

What I have understood I need the AC/DC module. Do I need the convention and diffusion module? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
