How to open a saved file

Hi there,
The title may look silly but it's not actually. I use COMSOL 5.3 version and I currently have a problem. When I double-click a saved comsol file in the desktop, the comsol opens a new window automatically. But it works when I open the saved file in the window. How can I fix it?
