What caused the COMSOL model error "undefined value found"?And how to solve it.

Hello, may I ask what caused the following errors in COMSOL model calculation?
Undefined value found. - Details: Find the undefined value stiffness matrix in. There are 9,821 equations, and in the matrix rows of the variable comp1.te you get non-numbers/infinity. Located in coordinates: (0, 3 e - 05), (0, 2.9625 e-05), (0, 2.92501 e-05), (1.998 e-09-3 e - 05), (9.99001 e-10-3 e - 05),... There are 9,821 equations, and in the matrix rows of the variable comp1.ti, you get non-numbers/infinity. Located in coordinates: (0, 3 e - 05), (0, 2.9625 e-05), (0, 2.92501 e-05), (1.998 e-09-3 e - 05), (9.99001 e-10-3 e - 05),... Similar to degrees of freedom, there are non-numbers/infinity in matrix columns.
