I am modelling droplet evaporation in a sessile droplet of aqueous saline solution. I am using the laminar flow, heat transfer and transport of diluted species module. I am keeping the volume constant of the droplet and simulating it. The boundary conditions at the droplet interface is no slip and diffusive flux is provided. I am geting some results, but I doubt how the mass conservation or continuity is maintained in COMSOL if the volume is kept constant and diffusive flux is provided at the interface. Please let me know where I am going wrong or a explanation for what COMSOL might be doing. Thanks in advance.
