PDE mode solve maxwell equation

Hello,
I am trying to simulate electromagnetic transient problem using Maxwell equation. Everything is ok, but I can not be able to include the voltage source or current source into a position in the simulating domain.
Could anyone give me some advices about this. Should I use the weak form for this problem?
