Electroosmotic Flow in porous media

Hello Community,

I am trying to simulate electroosmotic flwo in porous glass frit. I am encountering an issue in interfacing two laminar domains on either side of the porous domain (which is being solved by general PDE physics).

I would appreciate if you can guide me.
