As far as I know, there's no other active forum for COMSOL users. Someone proposed to open a Stack Exchange site for COMSOL related discussions, but the response is too little.

Please note that the Discussion Forum is a place for COMSOL users to exchange ideas among themselves. Occasionally a COMSOL employee like myself may contribute to it. If you would like to contact the COMSOL Technical Support team and you are using a license that is under a maintenance contract, you should use this link to submit a support case.
