There is no domains in my model when I delete some undesirable surface.Thanks for any help!

I want to delete a circle in a cylinder.So I do a boolean operation between two cylinders,and deletes some face between them.But after that,there is no domains in my model.

if the Boolean is a union, the circle may no longer exist, and you are deleting the domain. You may not need to delete the circle, leave as an jnternal boundary. Or delete internal boundariea as part of your Boolean
