I am trying to find the the thermal effect(temperature distribution) of current passing through nickel-titanium alloy wire embedded in a pdms material. But I get the following error : {Segregated Step 1 Division by zero. - Function: / Failed to evaluate variable. - Variable: comp1.ec.I0_1 - Defined as: comp1.ec.term1.int(comp1.ec.I0)/comp1.ec.term1.int(1) Failed to evaluate expression. - Expression: d(comp1.ec.I0_1test(comp1.ec.term1.V0_ode),{test@2}) Failed to evaluate Jacobian of expression. - Expression: comp1.ec.I0_1test(comp1.ec.term1.V0_ode) } Please help. This error did not occur when i applied a potential difference between the ends of the wire. This occured when I applied current across the wire.

The error seems to stem from the material properties or boudary condtions not posed properly.
