impedance vs freq plot

Dear All, I want to plot the response of my interdigitated electrode as an impedance vs freq plot. Any insights on how I should proceed with the same would be greatly appreciated. I tried Results>1 D Plot Group>Point Graph and searching for expression for impedance in y axis and frequency in x axis but have not found any option.The reference impedance shoul be varied but it shows constant.How can I vary the impedance with frequency?
