Problem with image export - The plot comes out all black.

Hi.
I'm trying to export an image after post processing.
The problem is that the bitmap image comes out with the plot all black, although the bar is colored and readable.
I've tried saving the image in various ways, from file>>export, from within post-process export image option. Nothing.

When I try the vector image export, COMSOL just crashes. even when I try to preview the exported vector image.

HELP. I've tried screen-capture, which works ok, but the resolution is limited, and the background is not white.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Thanks.

Capturing and Copying Screenshots:
o The best way: to quickly capture a screenshot image of a plot, you should press Ctrl+C on the active Graphics window (in Comsol). The screenshot image is then available on the clipboard so that you can paste it into a document (Microsoft Word or Paint).
o The silly way: You can also use the Image Snapshot button ( ) on the Graphics toolbar to capture an image snapshot of a plot.
