Optimization Constraints for displacement

I have COMSOL 5.2
I want to minimize vol(weight) of automobile frame(1 material)
I have an original model and its max strength data and want to minimize vol of new model with the same max strength of original one
To analyze strength of frame, the max force(applied to lower surface) when the max deformation is smaller than 1mm is needed
So I want to apply an inequality constr to optimization module that max deformation of model is smaller than 1mm when the force is applied(same with the max force of original model)
How can I applied that constr?
