out of memory in stationary solver

hi

i m designing sma actuated rf mems switch using the physics of joule heating and thermal expansion. while i am computing my design error is coming like Out of memory in stationary solver..

Please any one know to solve this error.... help me........

Did you try to reconfigure your PC with a larger virtual memory space? It will be slow but the case should be kept running. One solution is to increase RAM size. The other one is to add solid-state HDD and configure it as virtual memory. It will run faster then regular HDD for sure. Or you have to reduce the number of degrees of freedom (less mesh density or smaller domain size) in your simulation case.

The third way is that you should reduce the size of mesh, if the mesh (defaul = Normal) you should reduce become Coars, or Coarser...

The fourth way (if you did choose the option Refine mesh) is that you should disable /or delete that option.
