Help in Time dependent in Thermal Fatigue

i.e Fr4->copper->solder->silicon. this model has to be in 125 C for 15 min and 25 C for 15 min.
the above mentioned is made in a function temp in Piecewise function.
I took thermal stress module. in the Temperature I have defined the function temp(t) for the model(all boundaries).
in time dependent I defined the range Range(0,1,1810)*1[h]
I wanted to run for '1000' cycles. is the range given is correct? or do I have to change it!
when I run the above range I get this error
"Failed to find time step so that given tolerances are satisfied.
Time : 179346.2563446452
Last time step is not converged."
