Heap size problem?

Dear Friends,

I am solving my optimization problem . It was showing me heap size problem .

I changed heap size 2GB .

But now i got new problem . My program normally run for 12000 to 17000 iteration. At the initial stage time per iteration is around 5 sec , and it goes on increasing with increase in the iterations. And when it reach to end time per iteration is around 90 to 110 sec . It is bothering me too much , and also time consumption is too high.

I could not able to figure out where is problem.

Any help?
