I have some MEMS structures which have very high aspect structures and have meshed using swept meshes.I have a minimum mesh quality of 0.0055.Can anyone tell me if the solution returned is reliable and if yes to what degree?
Also the main issue with the structure is that there are two thin film's on top of another thin film. What is the best way to mesh such a structure.I am using comsol 3.5a
