I'm trying to model a tip penetrating a substrate

I'm trying to model an AFM tip indenting a substrate. However, my model deosn't seem to converge. I've checked the contact pairs as well as remeshing my model. I don't know where I'm going wrong. If someone could help me I would really appreciate it. My version of COMSOL is 3.4 a bit outdated but it should still work.

PS: I've attached a copy of my model if anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it.
