particle tracing in fluid flow after FSI time dependent study

Hello, Is it possible to run particle tracing after a time dependent study resulting from fluid-structure interaction problem? I did that but the particles do not capture the dynamics in the system, it should follow the jumps in velocity but it is only linear! Can I study both physics with one time dependent study, if yes then what should be the solver configurations? I get an error that I cannot use BSD solver. Any thought on this issue will help. thanks
