How to find the transmembrane voltage plot

I have a basic 2D model for electroporation where a cell is placed on two electrodes.The cell has inner membrane and outer membrane and I need to find the TMV(trans membrane voltage) and get a plot of it. Stuck at it for a pretty long time. Any solution to this would be fine
