Problem with convergence

Hello everyone I work with the phase change materiels so i have a multiphysics problem with heat transfer and laminar flow. I have to examined the phase change with time dependence study (0,10[s],140[min]) the solution converge and gives exacte results from 0 to 20 min and after that there is a divergence (the relative error is greater than the relative tolerance) , i tried to refine the mesh and decrease the time step but i still have the same problem. Any suggestions please
